Background and experience: Coaching since 2004, Lin is a Master Certified Coach (ICF), representing the top 5% of professionally credentialed coaches worldwide. She brings over 3,500 hours of transformational and leadership coaching in her work with senior and C-suite executives, sales professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives and educators from Asia, Australia, China and Europe. Lin has served clients in finance and banking, travel, creative, communication and media, logistics and government sector, such as DHL, Bank of America Merril Lynch, M&G, Partners Group, Total, Burberry, TikTok (Bytedance), Scripps Networks Interactive, Navaplus, Dentsu Aegis Network, BCD Travel, TVH Australia, Asian Women’s Welfare Association, SPRING Singapore, Agency of Integrated Care, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Woodlands Health Campus, National Health Group, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore Institute of Technology, and more.
Her certifications include Team Coaching Practitioner (Global Team Coaching Institute), Reiss Motivation Profile Master (IDS Publishing Corporation) and Coaching with ROI Practitioner (WBECS). She was awarded ‘Top 101 Global Coaching Leaders” by HRM Congress (2020), and a Young Leaders Award finalist (ICF, 2016), Top 11 globally recognized for her contribution to the coaching profession. She served as the President of the ICF Singapore Chapter in 2020, and chaired the largest coaching conference in the history of Singapore. Lin has been recognised by local media such as Channel News Asia, Channel 8, 938 Live, Simply Her, LianHe ZaoBao and, and is a co-author of 2 coaching books, 1 of which became a Kinokuniya Best-Seller.

Most enjoyable work project and why: Grooming, developing and mentoring several coaches to deliver greater impact on their clients. These are individuals who coach on the side and hold full-time jobs as consultants, teachers and executives. They are already in a position to contribute to others, and therefore helping them sharpen their skills escalated their confidence and effectiveness. They were able to move their clients further than before. The ripple effect is inspiring!

Qualifications: Lin comes from a management background and have driven teams through several growth cycles, from startup stage to SME scale. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications specialising in Marketing and Management (Murdoch University, Australia).
